Junior Full Stack Developer (Bilingual Korean) - Hybrid

About the Role

We’re seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer who can build end-to-end web applications and support modern integrations, including AI/LLM features. You’ll work across front-end and back-end development, help automate workflows with RPA, and contribute to reliable CI/CD delivery. Bilingual Korean ability is a plus for collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications and services using Java and Python
• Create front-end experiences with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and connect them to back-end APIs
• Build and consume RESTful APIs to integrate UI and services
• Assist with integrating and tuning AI/LLM-based features in existing and new applications
• Develop and maintain RPA workflows to streamline repetitive business processes
• Design, query, and maintain relational databases (RDB) with a focus on integrity and performance
• Collaborate with designers and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive UI/UX
• Write unit and integration tests to improve code quality and reliability
• Support CI/CD pipeline development and DevOps automation efforts

Requirements

• Basic experience building full stack applications with Java and/or Python
• Comfort developing front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience working with RESTful APIs (building and consuming)
• Knowledge of relational databases and writing SQL queries
• Familiarity with automated testing (unit and integration)
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and deployment workflows
• Bilingual Korean capability (Korean/English) preferred
