About the Role
Verisign helps keep the internet secure, stable, and resilient. We’re seeking a Junior Java Software Engineer to support and expand our Name Studio API team, helping power reliable DNS-related experiences for the networked world.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve backend services for the Name Studio API
- Apply software engineering fundamentals to design, implement, and troubleshoot features
- Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and deliver reliable functionality
- Contribute to continuous improvement of APIs and supporting services
Requirements
- Experience with Java and core software engineering concepts
- Understanding of cloud computing, preferably AWS
- Some familiarity with machine learning and/or LLM concepts (learning and growth supported)
- Hands-on problem-solving experience building software
