About the Role
Scout Motors is looking for a Lead Engineer to drive IID Infotainment Integration. In this role, you’ll help electrify and digitize the next generation of iconic American vehicles while ensuring seamless infotainment functionality for drivers and passengers.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration efforts for IID infotainment systems across relevant vehicle platforms
- Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to define requirements, interfaces, and integration plans
- Own technical execution from system design through validation and release readiness
- Analyze integration issues, troubleshoot root causes, and drive corrective actions
- Support documentation, configuration management, and engineering change processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in infotainment integration, embedded systems, or related automotive software/hardware engineering
- Strong understanding of vehicle electronic architectures and integration workflows
- Experience working with hardware/software interfaces, diagnostics, and validation activities
- Ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
