About the Role
RGA is looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer to drive end-to-end quality for enterprise data products. In this role, you’ll design and implement scalable test automation frameworks that help ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability across complex pipelines and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks for enterprise data products
- Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to embed shift-left testing practices
- Define and enforce automation standards, patterns, and best practices
- Build reliable test coverage for complex data pipelines and production systems
- Collaborate to improve quality signals and support production-ready releases
Requirements
- Experience leading QA automation initiatives and framework architecture
- Strong understanding of automated testing approaches for data-intensive systems
- Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and data stakeholders
- Proven experience establishing standards and improving test effectiveness at scale
