Responsibilities
- Discuss clients’ needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions
- Build and maintain relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Prepare and submit applications and required client documentation
- Stay current on product options, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements
- Participate in training and coaching to continuously improve performance
Requirements
- Active life insurance license (required)
- Strong communication and client-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Comfort using technology for sales activities and client management
- Prior sales experience is a plus, including for candidates newly licensed
