About the Role
We’re seeking a Live Event Program & Integrated Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of live broadcast events and related marketing campaigns across a network and streaming platform. This role connects production, engineering, creative, marketing, product, and partnership teams to ensure every event is executed flawlessly and delivers meaningful audience impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of live events, from concept and planning through live execution, post-event content operations, and performance reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional planning with internal teams and external partners to align creative, technical, and operational requirements
- Manage schedules, dependencies, and deliverables to keep events on track and reduce risk during live production
- Partner with vendors and stakeholders (including Fox) to ensure smooth execution and high-quality audience experiences
- Support campaign planning and reporting by translating event outcomes into actionable insights
Requirements
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a live or production-driven environment
- Strong understanding of how creative, marketing, and technical teams collaborate during event delivery
- Excellent operational planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under time pressure
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners
- Comfort working with both operational details and creative goals to drive successful outcomes
