Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of testing strategies for software releases
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks
- Write and review automation code to ensure quality, reliability, and maintainability
- Coach and grow QA engineers as the organization shifts toward a more technical, automation-driven model
- Partner with engineering teams to keep testing efforts aligned with technical and strategic goals
Requirements
- Deep technical experience in automation testing and QA engineering
- Proven experience creating and leading robust test automation frameworks
- Hands-on ability to read and write code as part of day-to-day leadership
- Experience guiding teams through process and capability improvements in QA
