About the Role
Recorded Future is seeking an experienced Manager, Revenue & Billing Operations to lead and scale our billing and revenue accounting processes for a global customer base. In this hybrid role, you will translate complex SaaS contracts into accurate, timely, and compliant billing and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end billing and revenue operations, including billing accuracy and revenue recognition support
- Oversee collections and help drive efficient cash realization
- Partner with RevOps, Deal Desk, Sales, and Finance to ensure processes are scalable and audit-ready
- Implement automation and continuous improvement to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- Apply strong judgment to ensure contract terms are reflected correctly in billing and revenue processes
- Maintain process documentation and support compliance requirements
Requirements
- Experience managing billing and/or revenue operations in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of revenue accounting concepts and contract-to-billing workflows
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional process improvements and automation initiatives
- Experience working with collections and cash application processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and RevOps
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
