Managing Producer, MS NOW Live Events (Senior) | Hybrid (New York, NY)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Managing Producer to oversee the day-to-day development, execution, and delivery of live events for MS NOW Live Events. Reporting to the Executive Producer of Live Events, you’ll lead planning and logistics while partnering closely with editorial leadership and cross-company teams—including field operations, marketing, and legal—to ensure each event runs smoothly from concept through fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Producer and Senior Producer to ensure successful event planning and execution
• Lead end-to-end logistics planning, including location scouting, budget development, and contract coordination
• Collaborate with venues to build and support ticketing sites
• Create and manage production memos for each event
• Drive on-the-ground execution and coordinate stakeholders during event delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience producing or managing live events with strong logistics and operational ownership
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Strong collaboration skills across editorial, marketing, legal, and field operations teams
• Comfort working with budgets, contracts, and venue requirements
