About the Role

As a Market Outreach Specialist, you’ll support outreach efforts that connect with customers and partners, strengthen local engagement, and help drive energy-efficiency initiatives. You’ll work within a people-first culture rooted in trust, accountability, and transparency.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute market outreach activities to support program goals
- Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and partners
- Support outreach planning, scheduling, and campaign execution
- Track outreach activity and assist with reporting on results
- Represent the company professionally while supporting a positive customer experience
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Comfort working independently while collaborating with a team
- Basic experience with outreach, community engagement, or related customer-facing work
- Strong organization and follow-through
