Marketing Strategy User Acquisition Campaign Management

About the Role

WEBTOON Entertainment is seeking a Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the WEBTOON brand, grow audience reach, and increase user acquisition. You’ll work on campaigns and programs that support the company’s global storytelling ecosystem, including WEBTOON Originals and the CANVAS creator community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies designed to elevate brand awareness and drive measurable growth
  • Plan and manage campaign initiatives that support user acquisition and engagement goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partners to align messaging, creative direction, and launch timelines
  • Monitor performance and use insights to optimize ongoing marketing efforts
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively across channels

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing management, campaign planning, or growth-focused marketing
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition and brand marketing principles
  • Ability to analyze results, identify trends, and translate insights into action
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, entertainment or digital media environment
