About the Role
Join our team as a Material Control Supervisor and help drive high-performing warehouse operations with a people-first mindset. You’ll lead an hourly, unionized group across key material and fulfillment processes while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct team members responsible for receiving, packaging, replenishment, picking, and shipping
- Ensure daily execution of cost, quality, safety, efficiency, and attendance objectives
- Champion workplace safety by enforcing regulations and promoting a culture of vigilance
- Own team performance by identifying gaps early, taking corrective action, and reinforcing best practices
- Help ensure shipments are accurate, on-time, and aligned with production targets
Requirements
- Supervisory experience in warehouse or material control operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach hourly teams
- Working knowledge of safety programs and safe work practices
- Ability to manage multiple warehouse functions and prioritize effectively
- Commitment to continuous improvement and results-focused execution
