About the Role

Threat Tec, LLC is looking for an experienced MCTP HST S35 Irregular Forces Coordinator to provide subject-matter expertise and end-to-end support across the design, development, integration, and execution of realistic irregular and unconventional threat portrayals. This work directly supports Mission Command Training Program Warfighter Exercises and related event lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support full lifecycle planning and execution for irregular, paramilitary, unconventional, and criminal threat portrayals
  • Coordinate with training, integration, and exercise teams to ensure threat portrayals are realistic and mission-relevant
  • Contribute SME guidance for design, development, and integration activities for event lifecycle requirements
  • Assist with execution support for Warfighter Exercises and related event lifecycle events

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience supporting training exercises and/or threat emulation and wargaming efforts
  • Subject-matter expertise related to irregular, unconventional, and paramilitary/criminal threat portrayal
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders to deliver mission-focused training outcomes
  • Ability to support end-to-end lifecycle activities from design through execution
