About the Role
Allen Control Systems (ACS) is seeking a NetSuite Solutions Engineer to own the configuration, optimization, and day-to-day administration of NetSuite. ACS operates a dual-ERP setup—NetSuite serves as our system of record for finance, while Odoo supports manufacturing and operations. You’ll help ensure our financial workflows are reliable, scalable, and aligned with how the business runs.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain NetSuite to support core financial processes and reporting needs
- Optimize system performance and usability through continuous improvement
- Manage day-to-day NetSuite administration, including user access and configuration changes
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions
- Coordinate integrations and data flow between NetSuite and Odoo to keep records accurate
- Support testing, documentation, and rollout of enhancements and operational updates
Requirements
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring NetSuite
- Strong understanding of financial workflows and ERP best practices
- Experience working with ERP integrations and cross-system data consistency
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and drive improvements in a fast-moving environment
