About the Role
Ethic Tech, LLC is hiring an Operations Research Analyst to help design, build, and automate business applications and workflows that improve operations and deliver actionable insights for a major Government entity. This role focuses on supporting installation and facility data management at the headquarters level, including work tied to the Army’s Enterprise Sustainment Management System (E-SMS) and the BUILDER platform architecture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and automate business applications and processes to streamline operations.
- Create analytical dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Build workflows and automations with Power Automate to reduce manual effort.
- Design and maintain solutions using Power Apps and SharePoint.
- Support data analysis activities and translate findings into clear operational insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and finalize solutions when remote support is insufficient.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
- Background in data analysis, dashboard development, and business process automation.
- Experience working with platform architecture related to the Army E-SMS, including the BUILDER platform (preferred/required as applicable).
- Ability to provide remote support and, when needed, travel to Military Installations to resolve issues.
