About the Role
Reimagined Parking is hiring a Shuttle Area Parking Ambassador to support safe, smooth, and well-organized parking at UK Healthcare. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, tenants, and visitors—helping people find the right place to park with friendly, professional service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors with a positive, professional attitude
- Direct patrons to parking areas and explain payment options and parking procedures
- Monitor shuttle and parking zones to help maintain an efficient flow
- Answer general parking questions and provide assistance as needed
- Support a safe, orderly environment for all visitors
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, approachable demeanor in a high-visibility role
- Ability to stay alert and assist patrons in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working onsite and following site safety expectations
