Join a fast-growing fintech company building the future of business banking. As a Partnerships Lead, you’ll help launch and scale an accounting firm channel from the ground up—driving revenue through strategic partnerships and setting the foundation for future team leadership.
You’ll work in a high-impact individual contributor role with a clear path to leading others once the channel is proven.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive measurable revenue growth
- Build the accounting firm channel from scratch, including go-to-market planning and partner onboarding
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with accounting firms and relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with product and business needs
- Track performance, refine partner programs, and scale what works
- Prepare to transition into people leadership as the channel grows
Requirements
- Proven experience building partnerships or business development channels
- Strong ability to drive revenue through strategic relationships
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where processes are still being built
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in fintech, payments, banking, or related B2B financial services is a plus
