About the Role
Integrity Rehab Group is opening a new clinic in August 2026 and partnering with OrthoSouth to expand outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy services for the Collierville, TN community. We’re seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant who is passionate about delivering an excellent patient experience through evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Assist the physical therapist in providing comprehensive outpatient therapy services
- Support treatment plans and help ensure care is delivered with consistency and quality
- Contribute to positive patient outcomes through compassionate, patient-focused communication
- Build strong relationships with physician partners and the care team
Requirements
- Current PTA licensure/certification as required in Tennessee
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports therapy is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
