About the Role
Rowan is reimagining the ear piercing experience with an emphasis on safety, clinical expertise, and a welcoming customer journey. As our Piercing Studio Nurse, you’ll help create a clean, confident, and joyful environment where clients feel cared for from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Perform ear piercings with precision, following Rowan’s clinical standards
- Maintain a safe, sterile, and well-organized studio to support infection control
- Guide clients through the process with calm, reassuring communication
- Use nursing expertise to ensure proper care before, during, and after each piercing
- Partner with the Studio Manager to uphold quality and consistency across services
Requirements
- Current nursing license (RN or LPN) in Nebraska
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention and sterile technique
- Excellent bedside manner and ability to communicate clearly with clients
- Comfort working in a detail-focused, safety-first environment
