About the Role
Rowan is reimagining the ear-piercing experience with an emphasis on safety, clinical expertise, and a welcoming customer journey. As our Piercing Studio Nurse, you’ll report to the Studio Manager and help deliver a clean, comfortable, and joyful ear-piercing experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Perform ear piercings with precision, following Rowan’s Clinical Piercing Standard®
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment throughout each appointment
- Use your nursing expertise to support skin health, infection prevention, and excellent patient comfort
- Guide customers through the process and answer questions with care and confidence
- Partner with the studio team to uphold Rowan’s safety and service standards
Requirements
- Licensed nurse (RN or equivalent licensing as required by your jurisdiction)
- Strong attention to hygiene, infection control, and patient safety
- Comfort working directly with customers in a high-care, detail-oriented setting
- Professional communication and a calming bedside manner
- Ability to follow clinical protocols consistently
