About the Role
Microsoft Security (MSEC) is hiring a Principal and Senior Product Manager to help drive the “Getting Customers Ready for AI” initiative. You’ll be at the intersection of AI transformation, security, and customer readiness—guiding how enterprises adopt AI with confidence, clarity, and measurable results.
This role defines the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI readiness across key security domains, including identity, devices, data, applications, infrastructure, governance, and overall security posture.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI readiness across enterprise security domains
- Translate customer needs into clear requirements, success metrics, and prioritized initiatives
- Partner across Engineering, Design, Research, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and Support to deliver outcomes
- Shape go-to-market inputs and enablement materials that help customers understand and adopt trusted AI solutions
- Drive measurable impact by defining goals, tracking performance, and iterating based on feedback
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager with a strong track record delivering enterprise or platform products
- Deep understanding of security concepts and/or enterprise identity and governance capabilities
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around a product strategy
- Strong product thinking skills, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and outcome-based measurement
