About the Role
At Tribe Wellness, we help pet owners support longer, healthier lives with supplements that truly deliver. As a Product Sales Specialist (Protocol Review Specialist), you’ll guide pet parents from first interest to confident purchase—turning appointments into real outcomes for pets and their people.
Responsibilities
- Sell pet health products and related services for a brand built by pet owners
- Engage prospects, answer questions, and help customers choose the right option
- Work with training leaders and use provided resources to represent Tribe’s sales approach
- Convert scheduled appointments into sales with no commission cap
- Work from home using communication tools and platforms to support daily outreach
Requirements
- Strong self-starter mindset with a drive to grow and succeed in sales
- Background in health and wellness (or genuine passion for the space)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for building rapport
- Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8:00 AM CST
- Reliable home internet and equipment for frequent phone and video calls, including a laptop/desktop with working mic, camera, and headset
- Ethernet connection strongly preferred; minimum dedicated bandwidth of 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%
