About the Role
Join U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within the Department of Homeland Security as a Program Manager in the Office of Facilities and Asset Management. This role supports the Operational Support Facilities (OSF) Division and serves as OFAM’s representative at the Buffalo Field Office, coordinating between OFAM leadership and Office of Field Operations (OFO) leaders and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate program and facility support activities across complex, mission-critical operations.
- Serve as a liaison between OFAM leadership and OFO leadership to align priorities, requirements, and execution.
- Coordinate with operational stakeholders supporting Air and Marine Operations (AMO), U.S. Border Patrol (USBP), and OFO facilities.
- Support assessments and reporting to ensure facilities and operational support needs are met effectively.
Requirements
- Experience managing programs in support of large, multi-stakeholder operational environments.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate across leadership, operators, and facility stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, planning, and evaluation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $131,525 to $170,987 per year (GS-14, Step 1 to Step 10).
- Federal benefits and compensation package consistent with DHS/CBP employment.
