About the Role
Holding Hands is looking for a Program Scheduler to support our operations team in delivering high-quality ABA, DIR/Floortime, and mental health services. In this role, you’ll help keep client and clinical schedules organized and running smoothly in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain consistent, long-term program schedules
- Coordinate appointments and ensure coverage for client and clinical needs
- Support high-volume scheduling workflows with accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate schedule updates and relevant information to clients and staff
- Partner with the Office Manager and Program Coordinator to keep operations on track
Requirements
- Experience in scheduling, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral/mental health setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working in a high-volume environment
- Reliable communication skills and a collaborative mindset
