About the Role
RWDI is seeking a Project Manager to help drive growth in our engineering consulting practice. You’ll identify new business opportunities, support proposal efforts for public and client RFPs, and oversee project delivery by building and guiding consulting teams to meet project goals.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead business development activities, including sourcing opportunities, negotiating terms, and supporting the closing process
- Prepare and deliver proposals that clearly outline scope, fees, and qualifications for RFPs
- Manage and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and responsive collaboration
- Assemble and lead project teams of RWDI consultants to ensure objectives are met on time and to scope
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and closing projects in an engineering consulting or professional services environment
- Strong proposal and contract management skills, including RFP responses
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects toward successful outcomes
