About the Role
Great Gray Group is seeking a QA Engineering Manager to join our Technology team in Boston. In this role, you’ll lead our quality assurance efforts across two separate products, partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure reliable, high-quality web application delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a QA team focused on web application quality assurance
- Own QA strategy and execution across two distinct products
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define quality goals and release readiness
- Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, coverage, and automation
- Identify quality risks early and help teams mitigate issues before they reach production
Requirements
- Experience leading QA for web application development
- Proven people leadership experience managing and developing QA engineers
- Strong understanding of software testing practices and quality frameworks
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and translate quality needs into actionable plans
