About the Role
Studs is a fast-growing ear piercing and earring brand creating an end-to-end “Earscaping®” experience that pairs expert services with aftercare and a curated jewelry selection. As Regional Manager for the Northeast, you’ll lead multiple studios across a high-growth geography, ensuring consistent operations, strong financial results, and great customer experiences.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role partners closely with the field to support expansion into new markets while strengthening performance across existing locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee studio performance across 8+ locations, including Boston and other Northeast markets
- Drive financial outcomes through operational best practices and store-level coaching
- Ensure operational consistency, including safety standards and service quality
- Develop and support studio teams through training, performance management, and leadership guidance
- Act as a key partner in expansion efforts, helping evaluate and launch new markets
- Collaborate with internal leaders to align regional priorities with company goals
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multi-location retail operations (regional or district leadership preferred)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing teams
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and partnership skills across cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
