About the Role
We’re looking for a Risk Specialist to support major heavy-civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, transit (rail and bus), international airports, and water/wastewater projects. In this role, you’ll help strengthen program risk oversight by supporting risk management activities and maintaining reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and upkeep of cost and schedule baselines to evaluate program risk
- Maintain and improve risk reporting tools used by the program team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance visibility into risks and mitigation progress
- Assist with risk tracking, documentation, and ongoing reporting for large infrastructure initiatives
Requirements
- Experience supporting risk management, reporting, or program controls
- Strong understanding of cost and schedule baseline concepts
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate reporting and documentation
