About the Role
Join our team responsible for evaluating the safety of our autonomous vehicles. You’ll help quantify safety performance over time by reviewing safety-critical events from both real-world driving and simulation, then converting those findings into clear, structured signals for engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Review safety-critical events from on-road data and simulated driving
- Classify events using internal safety taxonomies and frameworks
- Transform raw event data into structured signals and insights that teams can act on
- Support safety performance tracking to inform deployment readiness decisions across operating locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners including engineering and product teams
Requirements
- Experience working with safety, reliability, or performance analysis in a data-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing and categorizing complex event data
- Comfort working with large datasets and extracting actionable insights
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
