About the Role
Join our Middle Office team as a Senior Business Reporting Analyst supporting risk management across energy marketing and trading. You will streamline reporting of key credit and energy risk metrics for stakeholders, while helping automate and enhance day-to-day risk analytics across energy risk, operational risk, credit risk, and enterprise risk.
This hybrid position is based in our Scottsdale, Arizona office.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clear, accurate risk reporting and visualizations for internal stakeholders
- Automate recurring reporting workflows to improve speed, consistency, and accuracy
- Support development and maintenance of risk analytics used by the Risk Team
- Validate data quality and ensure reporting inputs are reliable
- Analyze risk metrics and present insights that support informed decision-making
- Partner with risk and business teams to refine reporting needs and improve usability
Requirements
- Experience producing business reporting, dashboards, or risk analytics
- Strong data analysis skills with a focus on accuracy and governance
- Familiarity with credit and/or energy risk concepts is preferred
- Ability to automate reporting processes and improve existing workflows
- Comfort working with stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable reporting
