About the Role
As the Cloud & AI Corporate Marketing Excellence Lead, you’ll define and deliver corporate marketing strategy aligned to the MCEM journey. You’ll connect demand generation, signal quality, and funnel execution to drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes across global and field teams.
Responsibilities
- Set corporate marketing strategy and investment priorities tied to business growth goals
- Own demand generation across ABM and paid media, aligning targeting to pipeline and revenue impact
- Establish end-to-end governance for signals, leads, and funnel progression with clear prioritization and accountability
- Optimize channel performance to improve conversion rates, signal quality, and marketing ROI
- Partner with corporate marketing to deliver integrated content, nurture journeys, and digital experiences that increase conversion
- Define retention strategy to reduce churn and grow customer lifetime value
- Align inbound, outbound, and partner motions into a cohesive corporate GTM approach
- Lead seller-facing communication to ensure alignment on strategy, priorities, and activation
- Support corporate event strategy to drive executive engagement and pipeline impact
- Drive partner alignment, pilots, and scale for co-sell and co-marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in consulting, sales, sales operations, IT, account management, business development, marketing, or related roles
- OR equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in near-term strategy (2 years out), management consulting, sales, or finance
- Proven ability to operate in highly matrixed global environments with senior marketing and sales stakeholders
- Level 100+ knowledge of Microsoft Cloud and AI customer outcomes across priority workloads (e.g., Azure AI, Azure infrastructure/data/Fabric, Foundry, Security) and the ability to translate them into customer-centric marketing strategies
- Experience partnering with field sales leadership, regional CMOs, and GTM teams to land strategy and drive execution
Compensation & Benefits
The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $130,900–$251,900 per year. Certain locations (including the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metro) have different ranges. Additional benefits and compensation may apply.
