Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client communications and support ongoing account deliverables
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver healthcare marketing and communications programs
- Contribute to project planning, timelines, and status updates to keep work on track
- Support strategy development by translating client needs into actionable campaign inputs
- Help maintain high-quality standards across deliverables and client expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles within healthcare communications or marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
