About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Financial Crimes & Identity Quality, you’ll help lead quality reviews across financial crimes and identity workflows. You’ll evaluate completed investigations and supporting documentation to ensure decisions are accurate, complete, and consistent with internal policies, regulatory expectations, and partner requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform and help lead quality assurance reviews for AML, fraud, KYC/CDD, watchlist, negative news, and EDD workflows
- Review customer account activity to identify and assess unusual or atypical transaction behavior
- Validate investigation quality, including documentation, decision rationale, and adherence to required standards
- Assess case outcomes for accuracy, completeness, and consistency across teams and processes
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending enhancements to controls and procedures
Requirements
- Experience reviewing or auditing financial crimes and identity cases (AML, KYC/CDD, fraud investigations)
- Strong understanding of policy, procedure, and regulatory requirements relevant to financial crime compliance
- Ability to evaluate complex information with attention to detail and sound judgment
- Comfort working with documentation and case decisioning processes
Benefits
- Base salary range: $112,000 to $155,000 (annual)
