About the Role
As a Senior Computer Systems Engineer, you’ll help us manage and improve the modern workplace experience for thousands of end users. You will administer more than 4,500 Windows devices using Microsoft Intune, troubleshoot performance and reliability issues, and continuously enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Windows endpoints through Intune to ensure stable, secure device performance
- Package, test, and deploy client applications to meet business and end-user needs
- Develop and support alternative operating system environments across macOS, iOS, and Android
- Integrate and manage conferencing room technologies within IT management platforms
- Define and support client deployment strategies, and track support metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Serve as a subject matter expert for critical IT infrastructure and lead resolution of complex technical issues
- Mentor team members and provide training to strengthen application deployment and end-user support capabilities
Requirements
- Experience administering endpoint environments, particularly Windows
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device management
- Experience with application packaging and deployment
- Ability to support multiple platforms, including macOS, iOS, and Android
- Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort owning critical systems
- Experience integrating AV/conferencing or similar technologies is a plus
