About the Role
Roblox is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Machine Intelligence team within Creator Services. In this role, you’ll help build data-driven capabilities that empower creators and improve how people explore, create, and connect through immersive 3D experiences.
You’ll tackle large-scale technical challenges, develop machine learning solutions, and contribute to safer, more constructive shared experiences for our global community.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning models and data science solutions to support creator-facing products
- Work with large datasets to discover insights and improve experience quality and safety
- Partner with engineers and product teams to translate business goals into measurable analytical outcomes
- Evaluate model performance, iterate on approaches, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist with strong machine learning fundamentals
- Experience building and deploying data-driven models in production environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with complex, large-scale data
- Clear communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
