Senior DevOps Platform Engineer (Hybrid) - Technology Hub

About the Role

Join our newly established Technology Hub as a Senior DevOps Platform Engineer and help shape the team from the ground up. This hybrid role (remote and onsite) is based in Madrid and offers the chance to influence engineering practices, culture, and platform direction for a leading commercial real estate organization.

You’ll work with leadership from a technology startup background, bringing a fast-paced learning environment, high visibility, and meaningful autonomy to improve how we build and operate our platforms—while benefiting from the stability and resources of a global company.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable DevOps platform capabilities that support internal engineering teams
• Automate infrastructure and deployment workflows to improve consistency, speed, and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align platform strategy with global digital goals
• Improve operational excellence through monitoring, incident response practices, and continuous improvement
• Contribute to standardization of processes and tooling across the Technology Hub

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps engineer focused on platform engineering
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native operations
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting production systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
• Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
