About the Role
As the Cybersecurity M&A Integration Lead, you will set and drive the cybersecurity integration strategy for mergers, acquisitions, and related transactions. You’ll ensure acquired companies are evaluated, prioritized, and integrated into our enterprise security program using a consistent, risk-based approach that aligns to business needs and our long-term technology roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end cybersecurity integration planning and execution for M&A activities
- Partner with technology, security, legal, compliance, infrastructure, applications, and business leaders to guide integration decisions
- Lead the transition from due diligence through post-close remediation and secure operating model adoption
- Assess acquired environments, identify gaps, and help define priorities based on risk and business impact
- Coordinate remediation efforts to reduce cyber risk and protect critical assets
- Support governance, documentation, and reporting to demonstrate integration progress and outcomes
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in cybersecurity program leadership and/or security integration across organizations
- Strong understanding of enterprise security frameworks, risk assessment, and remediation planning
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally across legal, compliance, infrastructure, and application teams
- Experience supporting M&A or complex business transformations (due diligence through integration)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
