About the Role
PhysicsX is a deep-tech company rooted in numerical physics and Formula One, building AI-driven simulation software that helps engineering and manufacturing teams move faster. As a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you’ll work close to customers to translate real-world technical needs into reliable, high-performance software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customer engineering teams to understand simulation workflows and integration requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain software components that enable high-fidelity, multi-physics simulation powered by AI inference
- Support end-to-end delivery, including implementation guidance, debugging, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the platform based on customer feedback and technical discoveries
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience building production-grade systems
- Experience working in customer-facing or forward-deployed environments
- Ability to learn complex domains quickly and communicate clearly with technical stakeholders
