Senior Global Supply Manager (Starlink) - Hybrid (SpaceX)

As a Senior Global Supply Manager supporting Starlink, you’ll help shape an agile, dependable supply chain that strengthens SpaceX’s competitive advantage across procurement, planning, supplier development, and fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Own global sourcing strategies for assigned categories, supporting Starlink’s operational needs
• Drive procurement, planning, and fulfillment activities to ensure continuity of supply
• Partner with suppliers to improve performance, capability, and reliability
• Collaborate with internal teams on quality, logistics, and issue resolution to protect production schedules
• Use data and cross-functional insights to identify risks and implement mitigation plans

Requirements

• Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or supplier development
• Strong understanding of global sourcing, planning, and fulfillment processes
• Ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with quality and logistics requirements across complex supply networks
