About the Role
Join our CMDB team to help create a trusted, single source of truth for IT assets and services across the enterprise. You’ll lead efforts that strengthen CMDB governance, expand discovery capabilities, and connect modern tooling to keep IT operations smarter, faster, and more resilient.
Responsibilities
- Drive CMDB discovery initiatives using ServiceNow Discovery and related integration patterns
- Lead cloud and asset discovery improvements to increase coverage and data accuracy
- Design and support infrastructure components that enable reliable discovery, normalization, and synchronization
- Collaborate with engineering and ITSM teams to ensure CMDB data quality and governance standards are met
- Participate in AI-powered automation and agent experimentation to streamline discovery and updates
- Troubleshoot discovery and integration issues and implement durable fixes
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting infrastructure and integrations for enterprise discovery/CMDB environments
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery or similar discovery tooling
- Strong understanding of data governance, asset/service modeling, and integration best practices
- Experience with cloud and/or large-scale asset discovery approaches
- Ability to lead technical workstreams and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners
