About the Role
Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercialization FP&A to support our expanding Global Commercialization organization. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to shape financial planning and forecasting that help drive commercialization strategy for our late-stage clinical oncology pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for commercialization initiatives
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks that support decision-making across the organization
- Partner with commercial, medical, and operational stakeholders to translate business needs into financial plans
- Analyze variances, identify drivers, and recommend actions to improve performance
- Support scenario planning and long-range planning for global commercialization activities
- Contribute to process improvements for FP&A planning cycles and analytics
Requirements
- Experience in FP&A with exposure to commercialization, strategy, or business planning
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Advanced Excel and comfort working with finance/BI tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
