About the Role
Lycia Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager or Director to lead Clinical Operations as we advance our pipeline of LYTAC extracellular protein degraders into the clinic. You’ll help ensure our clinical programs are executed with quality, efficiency, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations activities for assigned studies
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support trial execution and site performance
- Coordinate operational planning, timelines, and study deliverables across functions
- Drive continuous improvement in clinical processes, documentation, and quality practices
- Support cross-functional alignment between clinical, regulatory, and development teams
Requirements
- Experience in clinical operations within biotechnology or pharmaceutical environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex clinical study execution
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and relevant quality expectations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
