About the Role
AssetWatch is building the future of predictive maintenance with an AI-driven industrial IoT condition monitoring platform. We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead our SEO and AEO strategy, helping more manufacturers discover our platform and understand how it improves uptime. This is a key leadership role during a period of rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and content initiatives
- Lead AEO efforts to improve visibility and performance for answers, featured snippets, and high-intent search experiences
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales to align content and messaging to customer needs
- Develop measurement plans, track KPIs, and report on performance and opportunities
- Manage and/or partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders to scale growth
- Continuously improve site performance, information architecture, and conversion paths
Requirements
- Proven experience leading SEO strategy and measurable organic growth
- Hands-on knowledge of AEO concepts and modern search behaviors (e.g., SERP features, intent targeting)
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimization
- Experience using analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and common SEO suites)
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and roadmaps
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally
