About the Role
Agility Robotics is building humanoid robots that work safely alongside people in warehouses and manufacturing environments. We’re looking for a Senior Manufacturing Test Software Engineer to help ensure our daily software releases are reliable, functional, and robust through disciplined testing, debugging, and validation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement structured test plans to validate software behavior for manufacturing use cases
- Debug issues found in testing and releases, tracing root causes and driving fixes
- Develop and maintain automated test tooling to improve coverage, repeatability, and release confidence
- Verify software functionality under realistic conditions and report results clearly to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve quality processes across the release pipeline
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining software test systems (automation preferred)
- Strong debugging skills and comfort investigating complex failures
- Proficiency with programming and scripting for test and validation workflows
- Experience working in manufacturing, robotics, embedded, or similarly complex environments
- Strong communication skills for documenting test outcomes and collaborating cross-functionally
