About the Role

CHAOS Industries is seeking a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer to serve as a technical authority in digital circuit design and signal integrity analysis. In this role, you’ll help ensure our advanced defense technologies perform reliably in demanding, high-speed environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital electrical design efforts with a focus on signal integrity and robust performance
  • Perform signal integrity analysis and drive mitigation strategies for noise, crosstalk, and timing-related risks
  • Provide technical guidance to engineering teams and review designs to ensure quality and manufacturability
  • Collaborate across disciplines to translate system requirements into electrical design decisions
  • Communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders and support design tradeoffs

Requirements

  • Deep experience with digital circuit design and high-speed design principles
  • Strong background in signal integrity analysis (e.g., modeling, simulation, and measurement-driven verification)
  • Proven ability to serve as a technical authority and mentor peers
  • Experience working in fast-paced engineering environments, preferably in defense or similarly demanding domains
