About the Role
AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our M&A Transactions and Valuations content. In this role, you’ll combine expertise in capital markets and investment research with hands-on product leadership to shape how high-quality M&A data supports financial research and investment analysis workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution for M&A Transactions and Valuations content, including ongoing roadmap planning.
- Partner with Sales, clients, and end users to capture market needs, gather feedback, and define new content or functionality.
- Build and manage a content roadmap in collaboration with content leadership, engineering, and operations—balancing scope, cost, timelines, and resourcing.
- Evaluate, integrate, and enhance third-party or self-sourced proprietary datasets from initial research through testing, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate end-to-end data collection processes across content engineering and operations, including taxonomies, automation, QA, and data integrity checks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content is usable, accurate, and aligned with investment research workflows.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of capital markets, corporate finance, and/or investment research, with strong familiarity with M&A transactions and valuation concepts.
- Experience managing content or data-focused products, including working with third-party and/or proprietary datasets.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive roadmap execution with engineering and operations stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to data quality, including QA practices and integrity checks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate customer feedback into product improvements.
