About the Role
Roblox is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join the AVC team and help build reliable, high-quality experiences at massive scale. In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineers to improve product safety, stability, and user trust across immersive 3D platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own quality strategy within the AVC team, translating product goals into testable plans
- Design, implement, and maintain automated and manual test coverage for critical features
- Collaborate with developers to identify root causes, drive fixes, and prevent regressions
- Validate releases through end-to-end testing and risk-based verification
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tooling, and standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA/Quality Engineer with strong judgment and ownership
- Hands-on experience with test automation and building maintainable test suites
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across complex systems
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional engineering environment
- Clear communication skills for partnering with engineers and stakeholders
