About the Role
Harvey is building an enterprise AI platform that helps legal and professional teams do critical knowledge work more effectively. As a Senior Software Engineer on the AI Platform team, you’ll help design and scale the systems that power agentic AI experiences—at a company experiencing rapid growth and real product-market fit.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain core services for the AI platform and related infrastructure
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering partners to deliver reliable AI features
- Improve performance, scalability, and observability across platform components
- Own technical decisions end-to-end, from implementation through production support
- Contribute to engineering best practices around testing, security, and maintainability
Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience building production systems
- Experience working with AI/ML-enabled applications or platforms (agentic systems a plus)
- Proficiency with modern backend technologies and APIs
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with high ownership expectations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams
