About the Role
Diamond Foundry Inc. is building the next generation of diamond wafer manufacturing—turning greenhouse gases into high-performance, single-crystal diamond wafers using zero-emission energy. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior Software Engineer to help scale our data collection, software interfaces, and supporting infrastructure used to track business metrics and analyze manufacturing performance in real time.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve software that captures and processes manufacturing data
- Develop and maintain interfaces that connect measurement systems to reporting and analytics workflows
- Support real-time visibility into key metrics used by engineering and operations teams
- Collaborate with material science, mechanical, electrical, metrology, and data engineering partners to translate requirements into reliable systems
- Improve system reliability, observability, and performance as our production scale grows
Requirements
- Proven experience as a software engineer with strong end-to-end delivery skills
- Comfort working close to data pipelines, integrations, and infrastructure
- Strong debugging skills and attention to detail in complex systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical disciplines in a fast-moving environment
