About the Role
Roku is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help power our Content Platform—the technology that enables viewers to discover great entertainment and helps publishers and advertisers reach audiences at scale. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve software services within the Content Platform
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and partner teams to deliver reliable, high-impact features
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and long-term platform improvements
- Identify performance, scalability, and reliability opportunities and drive solutions
- Write clean, maintainable code and support production operations as needed
Requirements
- Experience building production-grade software systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across the full development lifecycle
- Proficiency with modern software engineering practices and tooling
